This week was the last week of Mrs. Pam Reiss’s meditation, and I’ll share with you some words about it.
Suraj Geter says, “What I learned is how to be calm at hard time. I like meditation because it helps me when I upset now.”
“I believe mindfulness is a place where you can just forget about your surroundings and have peace,” said Mrs. Reiss. “I love this class because it calms me down.”
Speaking personally, what’s up with this class is that it is very relaxing when I have problems. I have leaned how to keep myself calm and some healthy tricks like breathing in and everything.
